This bubbly Gamay boasts both the originality of a sparkling red and the typicity of a Beaujolais. Gamay’Fizz is a delectable wine, made according to traditional methods and is low in alcohol (7.5% alc./vol.)! Deep ruby in colour, with fine bubbles, the nose is very fruity and aromatic, with notes of blackcurrant and blueberry, while the palate is bursting with freshness. Gamay’Fizz may be enjoyed as an aperitif as well as throughout an entire meal, including dessert.
