Mommessin's Fizz

Mommessin’s unique, innovative spirit has also brought about the creation of a sparkling treasure from the Beaujolais… Gamay’Fizz! This wine boasts all of the characteristics of Beaujolais wine with the added touch of bubbles! Gamay’Fizz is a delectable wine, made according to traditional methods and is low in alcohol (7.5% alc./vol.)! Deep ruby in colour, with fine bubbles, the nose is very fruity and aromatic, with notes of blackcurrant and blueberry, while the palate is bursting with freshness.

This original wine was the first creation of a whole range of Fizz : white Gamay'Fizz, rosé Gamay'Fizz and Muscat'Fizz. This bubbly universe may be enjoyed as an aperitif as well as throughout an entire meal, including dessert. It is the perfect accompaniment to tapas, antipasti, barbecues, and other delicious moments shared with friends.
